NOTE: Over the years many Classic Rock and Oldies groups lost their trademark to attoneys and corporations and were restricted from performing under who they actually were.

Some groups on tour today have only the legal right to use the name and little or nothing to do with the original act.

The result being there are several groups all claiming to be originals shielded by the holders of the Trademark.
A practice I disagree with.

As an Artists Representative and Talent Provider as well as a performer, I've had to share the stage with some of these creations. An uncomfortable feeling to say the least.

Consequently I have done my best to reunite as many of the original personalities as possible.
